I take great care in crafting and packaging every Amor Mederi product. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, I'll make it right. If you are not satisfied with something you have purchased off me, I will refund you your money, no questions asked. But please give me some feedback. Send me an email or leave me a review. Help me do better.

I offer a replacement in the following cases:
- Your parcel was damaged in transit
- You received the wrong item
- An item is missing from your order
Please notify me within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so I can resolve it quickly.

Due to the nature of herbal remedies as ingestible products, I cannot accept returns. This is to maintain the highest safety and hygiene standards for all my customers.
𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀:
This policy is in line with your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. If a product fails to meet acceptable quality, you are entitled to a remedy.
