We prepare and dispatch all Amor Mederi orders with care, aiming to get your remedies to you safely and promptly.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your parcel is on its way.

We ship via a reliable tracked courier service within New Zealand. Once dispatched, tracking details will be emailed to you.

Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Rural areas may take a little longer.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and reflect current courier pricing. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions—these will be clearly advertised.

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with the courier and offer a replacement or refund in line with our Refund & Replacement Policy.
