Autoimmune Support Bundle

A foundational herbal protocol to support vitality, immune modulation, and resilience in the context of chronic immune activation.

This bundle has been crafted to complement the insights shared in my blog (please see my blog page to read the full article) on the link between latent viral infections and autoimmune conditions — offering a gentle, non-suppressive way to nourish the immune system and the nervous system in tandem.

Rather than forcing an overactive immune response to “calm down,” this protocol works to strengthen the body’s underlying defences, repair mucosal barriers, and support stress regulation — key pieces often missing in autoimmune care.

1 x 50 gram bag of certified organic Astragalus Root

How to take: Full instructions for this bundle also come in the box. 

• Take 1 small tsp of the Astragalus root and place in a small saucepan with 1 cup of water. Bring to a very low simmer and simmer for 30 minutes.   This is in order to obtain the full benefit of the medicinal polysaccharides. 
• Turn off the heat and add 1 heaped tsp of the herbal blend. Let steep for a further 10 minutes. 
• Strain and add 10 drops of the tincture.
• Have 1 cup in the morning and 1 cup in the evening.

Contraindications

• Astragalus is not recommended during acute infection
• Licorice should be used with caution in cases of hypertension or low potassium
• Always consult a qualified practitioner if pregnant, breastfeeding, or on medications
