Traditional Use
- Calendula and juniper berries have been traditionally used to support lymphatic and urinary system function.
- Nettle and fennel aid in gentle detoxification and digestion.
- Lemongrass is a digestive cleansing aromatic and rose petals add brightness and aromatic lift.
- Licorice root has traditionally been used to cleanse through the liver and aid natural detoxification pathways.
- Dandelion adds grounding liver and digestive support.
Energetic Qualities
- Lightly warming and drying
- Purifying and gently stimulating
Organic Ingredients: Dandelion Root, Calendula Petals, Fennel Seed, Lemongrass, Licorice Root, Nettle, Rose Petals, Juniper Berries
Prepare: As an infusion. Add 1 heaped tsp per cup of boiled water and steep covered for 10 to 15 minutes. Drink 1 to 3 cups daily.
