Dandelion Root • Burdock Root • Licorice Root • Fennel Seed • Citrus Peel • Ceylon Cinnamon

This Herbal Blend contains certified organic herbs traditionally used to support healthy digestion, promote digestive secretions, gastric and intestinal mobility, increase the absorption of nutrients and elimination of wastes, support beneficial intestinal flora, support liver function, hormone balance and detoxification.  This warming, aromatic blend combines classic alterative and digestive herbs traditionally used to encourage vitality, digestive comfort, and internal renewal.

Overview

Inspired by traditional alterative formulas, this blend was created to support the systems responsible for nourishment, transformation, and elimination. In herbal medicine, many chronic imbalances are thought to arise when digestion becomes sluggish, the gall bladder becomes stagnant, detoxification pathways become burdened, or the body struggles to efficiently process and eliminate waste products.

Dandelion and Burdock have long been valued as classic alterative herbs, supporting liver function, digestion, and healthy elimination. Licorice provides restorative support, while Fennel, Citrus Peel, and Ceylon Cinnamon encourage digestive movement, warmth, and circulation. Together, these herbs create a formula that is both grounding and revitalising, helping the body maintain balance through nourishment rather than force.
