Certified organic Mullein leaf, Marshmallow root, Licorice root, Thyme leaf, Calendula petals & Ginger root.

Traditional Uses

Mullein (Verbascum thapsus): Traditionally used to soothe dry, irritated lungs and support the natural clearing of mucus from the respiratory tract.

Marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis): A classic demulcent, long used to calm inflamed tissues in the throat and lungs and ease dry coughing.

Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra): Traditionally used to support respiratory and digestive health; valued for its moistening, soothing, and harmonising properties.

Thyme (Thymus vulgaris): Revered for its warming, stimulating properties; historically used to support the body's natural immune defenses and clear congestion.

Calendula petals (Calendula officinalis): Traditionally used to support lymphatic flow and tissue repair; adds gentle anti-inflammatory support.

Ginger root (Zingiber officinale): A warming, stimulating herb traditionally used to support circulation and reduce damp congestion in the lungs.
